The C-P-S Group and SimPlan AG further intensify the cooperation in China and, following the acquisition of the capital shares by the C-P-S Holding, renamed themselves C-P-S / SimPlan China Co. Ltd. The new CEO will be Matthäus von Esterházy, while operational responsibility will be assumed by the new general manager Tao Liu. For more than four years, both companies have been working together in China in cooperation. The new constellation will enable the C-P-S Group to increasingly support local German and Chinese automotive customers with local consultants. As part of the cooperation, SimPlan will continue to offer simulation services in the Chinese market.
