Especially in the field of lightweight equipment, we use state-of-the-art in-house 3D printing processes. For you, this means: shorter development cycles, weight-optimized devices (ideal for manual handling or robotics) and an agile spare parts supply – directly from our production to your factory floor.

Precision at the Highest Level through 3D measurement and digitization

Industrial quality requires optimal precision. Before delivery, we use 3D measurements to ensure that all components strictly comply with your required tolerances. In addition, our mobile 3D surveying offers maximum flexibility at your site: We check your existing systems for dimensional accuracy or digitize older equipment for your system (reverse engineering).

C-P-S Group specializes in the implementation and optimization of complex logistics control processes along national and international supply chains. The focus is on the efficient scheduling of components, order and dispatch control as well as the operational assurance of stable material flows between suppliers, production plants and logistics service providers.

Our services go far beyond classic scheduling. We analyze existing customer processes holistically, identify optimization potentials and integrate sustainable, stable processes directly into day-to-day operations. We develop tailor-made concepts for every requirement profile: from reusable to disposable systems, for ongoing series production, for sensitive transport routes or for worldwide spare parts shipping.

End-to-end engineering: From the idea to the ready-to-use packaging material

Our service ranges from the initial conception to the finished packaging. We take care of the mechanical design of special load carriers and special packaging for you using leading CAD systems (CATIA, Siemens NX). A special focus is placed on integration into your automated systems – for example, through load carriers for (semi-)automatic loading and unloading – as well as compliance with strict industry specifications for technical cleanliness (TecSa). Thanks to close cooperation with experienced manufacturing partners, you will receive prototypes and small series for testing quickly and easily.

Factory planning is part of the comprehensive portfolio of the C-P-S Group. In doing so, we focus our consulting and planning services on the optimal production/manufacturing structures and logistics processes of a factory or their sustainable optimization.

Our specialists support you along the entire planning and implementation process of a factory: potential analysis, concept creation, alternative comparisons, rough planning, detailed planning, implementation and commissioning. In doing so, we create technical concepts and requirement specifications, carry out investment planning, evaluate and compare offers, take over project management and controlling, and accompany commissioning until defects are rectified.
