Your tasks

  • Assisting with the creation of tender documents, container checklists and Request for Quote (RFQ) documents
  • Creation of Purchase Orders (PRs) in SAP
  • Working with the customer’s Purchasing Department, Project Lead and Packaging Planners to release PRs for approval based on project timelines, fund availability and awarded business
  • Tracking deliveries through use of Proof of Delivery (POD) forms
  • Preforming Goods Receipt (GR) transactions in SAP to release payments
  • Regular communication with packaging suppliers to ensure customer requirements are being met
  • Ensure purchasing related KPI’s are being met and suggest ways to improve already existing processes

Your profile

  • Professional experience in an office environment
  • Project management experience as well as basic knowledge in tendering and contracting
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  • Willingness to travel nationally if needed
  • Works well with large and diverse teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision required
